Towards the end of my college education (after I had decided to pursue a doctorate in philosophy, in fact), I worked with the Center for Education and Research in Information Security and Assurance (CERIAS) at Purdue University.

I worked with Dr. Pascal Meunier to implement the Ruby portions of the ReAssure testbed. I was also responsible for adminstering the twenty-some-odd Gentoo Linux VM servers and writing the imaging and wiping scripts (in bash), with significant help, support, and mentoring from Ed Cates.

At CERIAS I had the opportunity to work on an amazing project with amazing people, and for that I will be eternally grateful.
